At Walmart, Daniel led product development for eCommerce Fulfillment — including the 3PW Platform, the third-party fulfillment system that became the backbone of Walmart Marketplace. He spearheaded inventory control enhancements and supplier quality programs that recovered more than $100 million in supply defect issues, with average cost savings of 20% across affected SKUs.

The pattern he kept seeing — at Walmart and in the rooms after — was the same: ambitious strategy, fragmented execution, and a tooling stack that grew faster than the operating discipline behind it. Full Sail exists to close that gap. We fuse product management discipline, supply chain expertise, and AI systems design so leadership teams stop choosing between "ship faster" and "ship the right thing."

Today Daniel splits his time between client advisory and Full Sail's own venture studio — building proprietary AI-enabled products in SaaS, consumer AI, LegalTech, and PropTech. He is based in Northwest Arkansas and serves clients across the United States.

   Spun out to advise SaaS, eCommerce, and operations-heavy companies on AI adoption, supply chain, and product strategy. Same week, started building proprietary ventures alongside.
